Matt: Technical Director

Matt has over 15 years experience in the voluntary sector, first as an administrator at a youth charity and then as a consultant. He is now a trustee of a local charity and volunteers regularly. Matt has a degree in Mathematics and a Masters in Social Policy. He has been programming databases since he was 12 years old.

Sarah: Managing Director

Sarah came to Lamplight in 2006 from the heritage sector where she worked on the implementation of complex museum database systems. She is a trustee of a charity supporting a children's home in Kenya and, before the birth of her two children, was a volunteer reading assistant at a local school. Sarah has a PhD in philosophy and previously tutored philosophy courses at the University of Sheffield.

Clare: Communications and Marketing Manager

Clare is based in our Hampshire office near Chichester. She joined the company in October 2009 after working for 5 years as a manager in a retail sales environment. Clare has a variety of voluntary experience both locally and in South America and Africa. She has a degree in Management, during which she spent a year specialising in HR in the voluntary sector.
