The Evaluations module

Occasionally organisations run evaluations where the data they collect is anonymous. This can make reporting difficult and in some cases can lead to double counting. The evaluation module allows you to attach the data from completed evaluation forms to work records without having to identify who filled those forms in.

You specify the content of the evaluation forms yourself so once again the module will be tailored to your needs. Even better, the forms need only be set up once, regardless of how many times the evaluation is run subsequently.

Once the data is entered, the module also allows full reporting on these evaluations - by date, work area, outcomes, gender, ethnicity and so on.
