We are looking for someone who can help our Customers get the most out of Lamplight, to enhance their impact. You will also have main responsibility for carrying out data migrations from a Customers old systems to Lamplight.
The main part of your role will be to help Customers get the most out of Lamplight and their data. You will provide support in different ways:
- phone and email – responding to immediate queries
- online resources – videos, online help
Sometimes the support you offer will be relatively straightforward; at other times you’ll need to be able to think laterally about the problem they have and find alternative solutions, or ask probing questions to understand exactly what it is they need. In either case you’ll need to be able to listen to the problem they have, and explain the solution clearly.
You will work closely with our Community Builder to develop appropriate ways for our Customers to learn about the system, and to help us to learn from them.
We’d prefer you to work from our offices in Chichester or Liverpool, but will consider remote working if necessary.
