Open Training Days

Book a place on one of our Open Training Days

We hold general training events around the country which are open to all our customers. Topics range from introductory sessions for new staff to more advanced module or feature-specific sessions for people who want to get the most out of their system.

Basic Open Training Day

This training day is ideal for new staff or people looking to refresh their Lamplight skills and will help them to navigate the system, feel more confident in data entry (work, referrals and outcomes) and gain an introduction to reporting.

Advanced Open Training Day

  • Tuesday 14th November – the Nowgen Centre, 29 Grafton St, Manchester M13 9WU – postponed
  • Tuesday 12th December – StayAhead Training6 Long Ln, Barbican, London EC1A 9HF

This training day will help managers and those responsible for reporting understand how to get the information they need out of their system. They will also learn methods to check the quality of the data being put into the system. It is recommended that people attending this day already have a working knowledge of the system to get the most from it.

Book your places by emailing enquiries@lamplightdb.co.uk.

Open Training Days cost £140 plus VAT per person (includes training materials and lunch). All days run from 10am until 4pm.
