Lamplight is aimed specifically at the community and voluntary sector: so is our pricing. We aim to offer a highly featured product at a price that any organisation could afford.

Lamplight is made up of a core system with a series of modules which you can add should you need them. This means you only pay for the features you need.

You pay a hosting fee for the core system and then an additional charge for each module you decide to take. A summary of the charges can be seen below:

We do not charge per user or geographical location as many of our customers have just a few part-time staff who work from home. Instead we charge per "project". A project in Lamplight is a set of data that needs to be kept separate from another set of data. Smaller organisations may need only one project for all the services they run. Larger organisations or those that work with extremely sensitive data may need several of these projects.

So what will it cost us?

Every organisation is different. We do not have a one-size fits all set up fee. Some require no more than the initial set up and they are ready to go. Others need just a little training and some data migration. While others will need considerable implementation support, extensive staff training and data migration. You pay for what you need.

We believe it is important that you know exactly what you are paying with no hidden extras. We will always agree everything with you at the start of the project.
