Pricing

Lamplight is designed specifically for the community and voluntary sector and so is our pricing. Our aim is to provide a powerful high quality system for a price that any organisation could afford from the smallest, single volunteer run project to multi-million pound national charities - and indeed our customers run right across this range.

The system can be scaled up or back to meet your needs and the pricing reflects this. You pay for what you need and we have done everything we can to make the system affordable. We do not charge by number of users or the quantity of data, nor do we charge by geographic location, many of our customers have multiple staff members and volunteers who work from home. Instead we charge by project.

Each project can have multiple areas of work sub-divided into sub-work areas so small organisations can record everything they do in one project. However, larger organisations with multiple offices, or those with projects to which they need to restrict access (e.g sexual health projects or drug and alcohol misuse projects within larger organisations) can have their own database within the main system.

As well as the hosting fee for the system itself, there are a number of extra products and services that can be applied to your account. These services are recommended to get the most out of the system but are by no means mandatoty. You can design a package to suit both your needs and your budget.

We are committed to letting you know up front how much your system will cost so you can plan your budget accordingly.
