Training

On-site training can be provided for groups of up to 8. On-site training costs £750 per day.

Training days start from £125 per person per day.

Training Video Packages are available for an annual subscription fee and are charged per project.

These training video packages are updated as changes are made to the system and in response to user feedback.

System add-ons

You can bolt-on a postcode lookup service to Lamplight. Type in the postcode and select the address. So you know your address data is accurate and consistent. Postcode lookups cost 10p per lookup.

You can also send mail-merged sms text messages through Lamplight. SMS text messages cost 10p per message.

Implementation support

If you need it we can help set Lamplight up and manage the process of change in your organisation. We offer 3 levels of support:

Basic - we provide a workbook, talk you through some of the core issues over the phone, and help get the initial aspects of Lamplight setup and ready to go. Basic implementation support costs £350.

Intermediate - we set up an implementation project plan and visit you at your site for implementation meetings. We will help you go into a bit more detail on some of the big issues. The intermediate package will be appropriate if you have an additional module or more than one project. The intermediate package costs £1500.

Full - we will offer full on-site and remote support throughout the implementation process. We will run a series of workshops with key staff and trustees and help you steer through the process of change. The full package will be appropriate if you have 2 or 3 modules and a larger number of projects (up to 10). We will ensure that your system is fully setup by your 'go-live' date. The full implementation package costs £3500.

For very large implementations - over 10 projects and 2 or 3 modules - please contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Data Migration

Please contact us to discuss you individual organisation's needs. Data migation is charged at £30/hour.
