Training

Getting a system that does everything you need is only part of the challenge. Without the proper training, even with a system as easy to use as Lamplight, there is a danger that the system won’t get used. For this reason we recommend you take one of our training packages.

We offer three options which can be used in any combination

1. On-Site Training - Lamplight trainers will visit your premises and train your staff at their own computers. This option is best supplemented with the online training courses.
2. Lamplight Training Courses - Run at a training venue in Central London our experienced trainers will take you through targeted training session on particular issues.

3. Online Training Courses - A series of detailed training videos can be accessed by unlimited staff, unlimited numbers of times for a year at a time. Videos can be watched again and again until staff are happy with particular functions and the videos can be used as part of new staff inductions. These videos are linked to the context sensitive help files within the system for ease of access by all staff.
