Basic Training: Work Records

Work records allow you to keep a track of all the activities that take place. This could be training events, one-to-one counselling, or staff meetings. Every piece of work that you do can be added so that you have a full record of the services you’ve delivered, who was there, and what happened.

4.1 Creating a Work Record
This video covers how to set up a new work record from a person’s profile and add basic information to it.

4.2 Custom Tabs and Fields in Work Records
You may collect extra information in your work records specific to your organisation, and this video shows you how to enter data into custom tabs and fields.

4.3 Recurring Records
If you have an activity that is happening over a number of weeks–workshops with a number of participants or counselling sessions with one client, for example–you can create a recurring series of records rather than entering each one separately.

4.4 Viewing and Editing Work Records in a Profile
Once you have created a work record, this video demonstrates how to open again it in a person or organisation’s profile and edit it from there.
