Measures to support accessibility
Lamplight Database Systems Limited takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Lamplight:
- Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.
- Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.
- Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.
- Include product accessibility as a top-level objective of latest version (2025)
Our Product
The full Accessibility Statement for the Lamplight CRM system can be found at https://lamplight.online/en/login/index/info/accessibility. It is partially conformant to WCAG2.2 level AAA.
We assess the accessibility of the product using the following approaches:
- Self-evaluation
- User testing carried out with customers with users with a range of accessibility requirements.
- Automated testing
- External expert audit carried out by Hassell Inclusion (2025).
Product External Audit
The external audit took the form of a live audit. The auditor uses the system with a range of assistive techologies and devices. They work through a number of different user journeys, identifying areas of improvement, and assessing the experience for different user groups.
Most of the recommendations have been incorporated into the system following the audit. Their main conclusions:
The Lamplight system shows excellent compliance with the WCAG standards not only meeting basic compliance but choosing techniques which will work for the majority of users rather than skewing compliance to a specific user group.
