The Automations module in Lamplight takes care of repetitive tasks for you. Instead of manually moving people between lists or sending updates, you can set rules—such as when a referral form is submitted, the person is added to the ‘Initial Enquiry’ list and a to-do note is created.
Later, when they leave that list, they can automatically be added to the Triage list and receive an email update. This means less time spent on admin and more time focusing on people and the complexities that matter.
