Matching
Connect people and opportunities effortlessly with a Matching Module that strengthens relationships.
Automate links between clients and services, volunteers and roles, or donors and projects. By reducing manual searching, you’ll save time and ensure the right connections happen at the right moment.
When the right people and resources are connected at the right time, things can thrive.
The Matching module helps you do exactly that. It makes it easy to link clients with services, volunteers with opportunities, or donors with projects.
By streamlining these connections, you save time, reduce admin, and ensure that everyone gets the support or opportunity that suits them best.
How it can help
Quickly match clients to the services or support they need, perhaps that’s a job opportunity a mentor or a befriender.
Connect volunteers with roles that fit their skills and availability.
Reduce manual searching and admin by automating matches within Lamplight.
Sharing information to those who need it. You don’t necessarily need to have met the person to identify possible suitable connections.
How it works
The Matching Module works by matching volunteering application records to volunteering opportunity ones. These records are linked to profiles for profiles or organisations – both those offering the opportunities and those applying to fill the roles.
One profile can have any number of volunteering opportunity records, as well as any number of volunteering application records.
You can integrate it with your website to publish opportunities, and you can include a search function to allow people to narrow the opportunities down based on criteria.
