We aim to follow the highest standards in the way we handle your Personal Information. If you are dissatisfied with the way that we have handled your personal information (i.e. information we hold about you), you can complain.
 
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and will aim to respond fully within that time too. Complex issues may take longer, and we may need to contact you to request additional information.
 
If you have a complaint about the way that a Charity that uses Lamplight has processed your data, it’s likely that you will need to complain to them. They are the ones that you gave the data to, and so they are the Data Controller for that information, and decide what to do with it.
