Lamplight is part of the family…it’s the first thing we go to at the start of each day… it’s a massive part of our operations , it’s a good point of reference, the reporting is great and past details can support with new cases coming on board.

As per our meeting today I just wanted to say that I like talking to you as  you are  a human organisation  and treat people with respect and patience.

Lamplight has been really helping with our reporting . It’s been quite amazing; with the volume of work, we are now recording. We’re really grateful for the support we’ve had from Lamplight.

I don’t know how we managed with the old system!

You wouldn’t believe how excited I am about implementing Lamplight over the coming months.  We are really able to shout about our impact! 

We use the Outcome Measures questionnaire with the people we support when they first start with us and now! Thank you, Lamplight, for  enabling us to measure how our work helps people.  Asking for support is not easy, but the results are worth it.

I found Bitesize Training really useful  and have been using lists and views loads since completing it.

Thank you for helping us find a zippier way of looking at staff caseloads in relationships using Lists & List Data Views.  You’ve really helped change the game for us.

We’ve been developing our service, defining what we do and managing the capacity of the staff.  You’ve massively helped us to grow.  Without asking those questions with Lamplight, I think I’d still be doing around in circles.

We don’t usually get excited about databases, but we are today. Has our first viewing of our IThrive database by Lamplight.  Exciting times for collaboration.  Supporting us with the development of the referral hub and clear and effective reporting.

 The best and easiest CRM to use!  We love it.

I described our previous system as a concrete tunnel that ended in a fork. You could choose one path and that would lead to another fork. Lamplight, by contrast, is like standing in a field. You can move in any direction and connect to any other path.  That flexibility is one of Lamplight greatest strengths and makes it so powerful —you can use it in so many ways.

 Reporting has been so easy  since that we have been able to demonstrate the increase in demand of our services to one of our funders who came back to us with another £50k.

I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the level of work that we are getting from you for the set up and ultimate implementation of our Lamplight database – it’s amazing! You are taking so much time to totally understand our business and operations to get our database set up just right for us – I’ve never known anything like this before with any database vendor! I had been expecting us to receive an off the shelf product and then have a few training sessions for us to learn how to set it up ourselves to suit our needs – which is always a huge learning curve and half the time it has to be changed down the road when we realise it doesn’t work as intended. However, with Lamplight and all the work you are putting in, I can see  we are going to get a database totally suited to our needs from day one.  And for the amount we are paying for the Lamplight system, it is an incredibly good deal – even with just the service we have received so far!

I think the database is a thing of beauty and I can’t wait to run out the first report, to see what glorious data we’ve since been able to record and collate.

Thank goodness  we have reports at the click of a few buttons.  Significantly reduced human error. No idea how we would have survived without it.

We’re really enjoying the system. What’s great about it is that we built it from scratch. What you’ve done is say, “what do you need”, and then adapted it for us. Previous databases have had too many tabs, too much unneeded information as standard, which made it hard for staff to learn and understand.  Our system has just what we need, because this is specific to us  – we built it for us. The way you explain things is very simple and understandable. I’m a visual learner and it’s so great to have you on video talking through stuff in the system. It’s been really useful learning how to maintain our own system. It’s made what that would normally be an unenjoyable part of the job for me, perhaps not enjoyable, but feel very easy and straight forward!

 The support we receive from the team at Lamplight is amazing.  No question is too small or too big and they always come through with the correct solution swiftly. I have so much confidence when contacting the IT team, I don’t hesitate to contact them at any time. Whomever responds is always more than happy to assist. Thank you.

Everything I wanted from Lamplight three years ago I now have in spades.  It’s been a fantastic investment. We’ve grown exponentially over the last few years. 

 The service we have received from the beginning has been excellent.  Lamplight has definitely worked for us as an organisation. It is a step above what we have used before.

Lamplight quickly understood our needs and set up a system that should help to monitor, track trends and help shape our service. Our team has been using the Lamplight Database Systems Limited database for over a year. It is great to hear how pleased they are with it! We are currently learning how to extract data from the system.  It gives us far more stats than we have ever been able to collect in the past.  We are working with the Lamplight team to adjust the database to fit our needs. The support received for this is excellent

 Lamplight’s reporting service has freed up hours of staff time which enables us to spend more time delivering services.  Clare and the team guided us through the setup process, and we now have bespoke reports that meet our specific needs. The quality and speed of our report running has increased simply because we have a specialist from Lamplight working with us. I’d recommend the service to other small charities.

I thought I would just have a quick look. Two hours later I was enjoying looking and thinking about how things will work, and I realised I should have been cooking tea!

There is always something new to learn with this system! It is working great, and our staff are receiving it well!

 You were very patient  as I was working things out and I felt like I got a lot more out of the training as a result!

Before Lamplight we were recording everything in Microsoft Word. With Lamplight, everything is in one place, no lost files or crashed laptops—it’s all there. If someone is off sick, I can see what has been done and what needs to be done.  It has made our lives easier, and it has made reporting easier.  It has allowed us to provide consistency in the support we provide. It has been a massive benefit. It has also helped us with compliance with the ICO. We keep everything there, we don’t use paper.

Sarah & Hannah’s support has been fantastic and it’s great to know  I can tap into their vast reserves of knowledge & experience  until I understand the system better.

A big thank you to Lamplight. Thanks to you, training is well underway for our staff in using this fantastic database.  This software will prove vital in continuing our missing across B&NES,  supporting all who need us with their mental health and wellbeing.

 Reporting Training was tremendously helpful  and not the 7 headed monster we imagined it to be! We ran our first outcome report last week, it was very exciting. There are very few things as satisfying as running a report on your database. Thanks, Lamplight, for making it easy.
