Like everyone we’ve seen our costs increase over the last few months, especially staffing costs, in an effort to keep up with inflation somewhat. We’ve not seen a big change in computing costs and so we’re really pleased to be able to keep our hosting fees at their current levels.
As our staffing costs have increased, we will be increasing the costs of our services from the 1st April 2023. For current customers the most noticeable impact will be that Support Packs will increase to £92 + VAT, and the cost of training will increase too. We are also going to be introducing ‘Training Credits’, which you’ll be able to use for any of the training we offer. We hope this will simplify pricing and administration for you and for us – more on this soon.
