- Address history. A button below the current address on a profile shows all changes to postal address (ever).
- ‘Retain profile until’. A new, built-in date field has been added to the ‘contact permissions’ section of contact details. A profile with this date set won’t appear in the ‘permanently delete’ listing (however you select it) if that date is set and is after today. This helps you manage data retention periods more easily. We’ve also made some changes to give you finer control over what data is deleted when you permanently delete it.
- System Admins can set your accounts contact (the person our accounts system sends invoices to) directly from the Accounts settings section of system admin. You can also see a full invoice history.
