Our monthly basic skills webinar is a great opportunity to refresh on the basics of Lamplight and is ideal for new colleagues or those who’d like a run through of the basics with a member of our team to support their confidence.

We’ll cover adding profiles, resetting passwords and creating work records throughout the 30 minutes. It’s totally free and we follow up the session with a series four weekly top tips emails to continue your learning in the weeks following. These range from advice on personalising your settings, time saving hints and efficient ways of searching within your Lamplight system.
There’s also time at the end to ask questions you may have relating to getting started with Lamplight.
