Sometimes conflicts with loading or saving work can occur – a lot of these can be explained by browser issues and extensions. If you encounter any problems, run through the following steps first:
1. Clear your browser history, cookies and cache
Instructions on how to do this for different browsers are below.
2. Are you using Chrome? Try turning off all your extensions
Occasionally Chrome extensions conflict with Lamplight – we’re unable to test all of them, as there are such a wide range of possibilities, so try turning off different extensions and trying again to find the ones causing the problem.
3. Use a different browser
Switching to a different browser will mean any settings causing issues in your original browser are removed, so if the first steps don’t work this should let you use Lamplight normally.
Whichever browser you use, make sure it is up to date.
