Your Lamplight diary can be synchronised with external diaries such as Outlook or Gmail calendars. It can be a great way of checking your upcoming appointments without having to log into the database. If you’ve been using them already, you may have noticed that appointments were synced a month in advance and two weeks retrospectively. A new feature lets you adjust that so you can see appointments in your diary feed up to 60 days into the future. This makes it possible to see what’s coming up further ahead, and to plan around it.
We have also enabled control over the number of items that can be synced. You may not need to change this—especially if you stick with the default period—but it could help improve loading times and prevent compatibility issues.
